Chart of Accounts
Create unlimited number of accounts. Use any combination of codes, if you think you will need it. Though code is
not necessary. Throughout ARCHISOFTA, account names are available as lookups. So codes are redundant. 2. You can temporarily restrict transactions to a particular account. Simply set the "Transaction Allowed” property
of that particular account to false. Transactions will not be possible for that account till the same property is set
to true.
3. Make an account Active or Inactive. Make an account Inactive to permanently stop transactions to that account.
This is especially useful, as you cannot delete historical accounts, as they have transactions.
4. Define account types as you create the chart of accounts. These predefined account types
allow for the easy and quick calculation of Profit and Loss A/C and balance sheet
